Terms and Conditions – Presti’Driver (Luxury Taxi & Chauffeur Service)
These Terms and Conditions apply when you book or use Presti’Driver – Prestige Luxury Taxi Service in France. By booking a ride, you agree to these terms.
1. Service definition
Presti’Driver is a private chauffeur (VTC) service offering luxury taxi rides, airport transfers, and on‑demand transport in Paris, Nantes, and other French cities.
We provide comfortable cars driven by professional drivers, door‑to‑door service, and fixed‑price or on‑demand trips based on your request.
2. Making a reservation
You can book a ride on our website (prestidriver.com) or via our mobile app.
When you fill the form (pickup, destination, date, time, and car type), your booking becomes official once Presti’Driver confirms it by email, SMS, or app notification.
Advance booking: We recommend booking at least a few hours in advance.
Instant booking: Subject to driver and car availability.
You are responsible for providing correct and complete information (addresses, time, flight number, etc.).
3. Pricing and payment
Our prices are shown at the time of booking and may change only if your route or service type changes (for example, extra stops or longer duration).
The price usually includes:
Chauffeur service, fuel, and insurance.
Standard tolls (when included in the fixed‑price offer).
Parking fees, hotel or driver accommodation, or extra services are not included unless stated.
Payment can be made:
Online by card (secure payment link).
On the app (if enabled).
By bank transfer (for corporate or long‑term contracts).
4. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation before pickup
If you cancel a few hours before the ride, you may be charged a small fee (in certain cases).
Cancellations on the same day or very close to departure may be fully charged, depending on the type of booking.
Late arrival or missed ride
If you are late and the driver must wait beyond the agreed time, extra waiting fees may apply.
If you miss the pickup without notice, the ride may be considered used and charged.Changes to booking
Any change (new address, new time, bigger car) must be approved by Presti’Driver and may change the price.
5. Behavior and safety rules
As a passenger, you agree to:
Behave respectfully toward the driver and other passengers.
Not damage the vehicle or seats.
Not smoke or consume alcohol in the car if it is forbidden by law or company rules.
The driver may stop the service and refuse to continue if:
You put safety at risk.
You behave in an aggressive or illegal way.
In that case, the trip may still be charged.
7. Liability and insurance
Presti’Driver has professional passenger insurance as required by French and EU law.
We are responsible for:
Safe driving.
Correct identification of the pickup and drop‑off.
Keeping the vehicle clean and safe.
We are not responsible for:
Lost or damaged personal items (we recommend you keep valuables with you).
Events outside our control (traffic, strikes, weather, airport or train delays).
6. Delays and force majeure
We always try to arrive on time, but:
Traffic, weather, accidents, police checks, or events may cause delays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by these factors, and no compensation is usually due.
If there is a serious problem (for example, major accident or traffic disruption), we will try to help you with a new ride or alternative solution.

9. Law and disputes
